At SGL Carbon Group<\/strong>, as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, led projects focused on improving quality and productivity, considering leaders, teams, time, milestones, and results. Main areas of project activities: quality control, mixing technologies for chemical components, powder pressing, baking and graphitization, metal impregnation, machining.<\/p>\n

At Royal Bank of Scotland Hub Europe<\/strong> (a finance Shared Services organization), as a Director… Business development and support and member of the management team, he was responsible for planning projects for the implementation of the LEAN philosophy and quality standards in center departments, as well as in bank branches and the entire EMEA region.<\/p>\n
