    About me

    Igor Łęgowski Master of Personal Excellence

    I am an industrial engineer and a Lean Six Sigma trainer. I graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Gdańsk University of Technology and obtained the title of European Master Degree Course in Eco-Integrated Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, I completed MBA studies at WSB-NLU in Nowy Sącz.

    Since 1998, I have been involved in the optimization of processes, not only in production but also in logistics. I began my professional journey in the process engineering group at Philips Consumer Electronics Poland, where I focused on implementing lean manufacturing solutions in both production and logistics. I also specialize in improving process quality, utilizing tools such as FMEA, PCP, SPC, and team methods like Kaizen.

    Currently, my activities involve leading projects and conducting training in the field of Lean Six Sigma. I hold the title of Black Belt, which I obtained at the German company UMS. As part of my training, I focus on the DMAIC and DMADV methodologies, utilizing Lean Management solutions that enhance productivity and quality in optimized processes.

    What levels of training does the MOD Academy offer and who are they intended for?

    At the MOD Academy, we focus on training and certification at the Green and Black Belt levels. The Green Belt level is dedicated to employees who can devote approximately 10% of their time to project implementation while maintaining their responsibilities in the organization. Typically, these are specialists and managers who want to actively engage in process improvement.

    Black Belt, on the other hand, is a level for more experienced project managers, where the area of project activities covers various departments in the organization. Black Belt is ready to devote more time to supporting other employees who strive to constantly improve the company.

    However, we are not limited to just these two levels. We are open to training employees in accordance with individual and detailed requirements in the field of continuous improvement and problem solving.

    After completing the training, each participant receives specially extended materials in the form of PDF files. Thanks to them, you can explore issues even more thoroughly and return to them at any time.

    Additionally, each training session is recorded and the recordings are available to all participants. If you can’t attend a particular lesson live, no problem! You will have save access to catch up.

    After completing the training, we want you to have a full range of tools to operate effectively in the field of Lean Six Sigma. That’s why we also provide a special project presentation template and three sample presentations, completed correctly. This is valuable support that will make it easier for you to practically apply the acquired knowledge.

    Is it possible to consult individually with the trainer after completing the training?

    After completing the training, you have the opportunity to take advantage of an individual consultation with our experienced trainer. We answer your questions by e-mail so that you can freely discuss any doubts and issues.

    Additionally, in the price of the training, we offer two individual sessions of 30 minutes each, which you can use for personal consultations with the trainer. This is an ideal opportunity to discuss your projects and ask for details about your development path.

    If you need more time or more advanced support, you can also purchase additional individual sessions according to the price list available on our website.

    Is training conducted exclusively online or is on-site training also available?

    At the MOD Academy, we focused mainly on online training, which is highly appreciated by our participants. Our online platform enables convenient and effective knowledge acquisition, ensuring time flexibility and accessibility for participants from different locations.

    However, it is worth adding that we are also great at organizing traditional training. We offer such training only at the invitation of companies, which allows us to adapt the training program to the specific needs of the client. This way, we can match the topics and level of advancement to the requirements of a given organization.

    All our stationary training courses are organized based on professionalism, passion and individual approach. We currently do not offer open stationary training, but we are flexible and ready to adapt to the needs of our clients.

    It doesn’t matter whether you prefer online or traditional training – at AkademiaMOD we always care about quality and adapt to your needs. We invite you to join our training and jointly improve your skills in the field of Lean Six Sigma!

    Is it possible to refund training costs if certification is not obtained?

    We understand that you want to be confident in your investment in our training. That’s why we offer special conditions for reimbursement of training costs in the event of failure to obtain certification.

    If for any reason you do not like the training, you have the option of refunding the training costs during the first two training sessions. After this date, unfortunately, returns are not accepted.

    However, we would like to emphasize that your chance for certification, i.e. project defense, is indefinite for the person who purchased our training. Our concern for your Lean Six Sigma success is constant and long-term. We give you support and time to gain skills and succeed in your project.
